Lobo1 is the only apartment with a private gate and a private parking lot, suitable for 2 motor bikes.

The apartment cabin is 40m²/430ft² and also has a 18m²/193ft² covered terrace with bar. In the bedroom is a 10m²/107ft² storage area. Next to the kitchen is a small room (6m²/64ft²) which can be used as  an office.

The apartment is located under the Lobo2 at street level, in the middle of the neighborhood. A small grocer's shop is at 10m/29ft.

Lobo1

The design of Lobito, a round wooden cabaña of reclaimed wood, is inspired by African nomad huts.

It's a study of 20m²/215ft² open area plus a 8m²/86ft² full bathroom. The small covered terrace includes a large Jicaro tree, perfect to hang your hammock!

The cabin is easy access, located 10m/32ft from the street.

Lobito

Cueva means “Cave” due to the cool dark flagstones and the low (1.90m/6.25ft) ceiling.

The inside area is 25m²/269ft², the terrace is 20m²/215ft², of which 10m²/107ft² is covered. This apartment has the 2nd best view of all Lobotepe cabañas.

The Cueva is located at the ground floor of Casa Lobotepe. From the entrance/private parking lot of Cabañas Lobotepe, there is a 40m/131ft long path through the garden leading to the apartment.

Cueva

Casa Lobotepe is the largest cabaña in the compound and offers magnificent views. It is characterized by its massive 50m²/538ft² tropical hard-wood deck. Both of the 2 bedrooms boast a spectacular panorama of the bay.

The interior is an open floor-plan 48m²/516ft² kitchen/livingroom area plus a mezzanine of 18m²/193ft². There is a walk-in closet/storage room as well and 2 full bathrooms, one with hot water. The total inside/outside living area is 125m²/1345ft².

From the entrance/private parking of Cabañas Lobotepe, there is a 40m/131ft path through the garden leading to the house. Under the deck there are 2 apartments, the Trono and the Cueva.

Casa Lobotepe

Amistad2 is characterized by its rooftop terrace and hardwood deck.

The total living area is 132m²/1420ft², including the spacious 36m²/387ft² covered deck and the bonus 48m²/516ft² rooftop terrace. The full bathroom is equipped with a hot water shower.

From the entrance/private parking lot of Cabañas Lobotepe, there is a 50m/164ft path through the garden leading to the brick building: Below the Amistad2 is the ground floor: Amistad1.

Amistad2

Lobo2 is a cabaña built from wood upcycled from reclaimed farmhouses. The substantial full bathroom is the largest in the compound.

It measures 75m²/810ft² including a covered deck of 30m²/322ft². This cabin is located just a few meters from and above the street.

From the entrance/private parking lot of Cabañas Lobotepe, there is a 25m/82ft path through the garden leading to the house. Under the Lobo2 is the Lobo1.

Lobo2

Lobovista is located at the highest point of the compound with captivating views of the bay. Directly in front of the house is an open air terrace. This is an ideal spot for yoga! The area just below is equipped with a built in BBQ and is dotted with coconut palms.

It is a two-story house with a 20m²/215ft² deck on the upper floor and 1 bedroom at each level. The full bathroom on the groundfloot includes a hot water shower. On the 2nd floor there is  as well a toilet  and sink.

From the entrance/private parking lot of Cabañas Lobotepe, there is a 55m/180ft path through the garden leading to the house.

Lobovista

Amistad1 is built around a huge cedar tree. The trunk of the tree is still a feature of the terrace.

The bright 48m²/516ft² apartment is surrounded by a generous 36m²/387ft² terrace overlooking the lush garden. The full bathroom features a hot water shower.

From the entrance/private parking lot of Cabañas Lobotepe, there is a 45m/147ft path through the garden leading up to the brick building: Above the Amistad1 is Amistad2.

Amistad1

Trono (Throne) is the most recently built apartment. The terrace sports a built-in bar area with a breathtaking view of the bay and a 10m²/107ft² covered area perfect for yoga or dancing!

The 55m²/592ft² inside area has 2 L-shaped wings. The bedroom, sitting area, and full bathroom are just past the galley-style kitchen. In the other wing, there is a sitting area, guest bathroom and a sofa-bed.

From the entrance/private parking lot of Cabañas Lobotepe, there is a 35m/114ft path through the garden leading to the cabaña. Above the Trono is Casa Lobotepe.
